Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27/07/2026
These terms govern access to and use of EngineerEconomics Nexus AI, including AI features, collaboration, credits and subscriptions billed through Paddle.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using EngineerEconomics Nexus AI you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
TO BE COMPLETED MANUALLY: legal name of the service provider, registered address and governing jurisdiction.
2. Description of the service
Nexus AI is a web platform that includes, depending on your plan:
- AI assistant with engine selector (Nexus/Gemini, ChatGPT, Multi AI) and answer level (summary, intermediate, complete).
- Nexus Classes: courses, lessons, learning modes and AI-generated exams.
- Mathematics, Engineering, Research, Programming and Career centers with built-in calculators.
- Markets and Predictions: quotes and history from public sources plus automatically computed quantitative signals.
- Sports: AI-generated analytical reports.
- Projects and tasks with a Kanban board, project chat and project-manager AI.
- Nexus Connect: profiles, friendships, direct chats and group chats.
- File library, calendar and document export.
- Nexus Builder AI: AI code-project generation that consumes credits.
3. Accounts and registration
- You register with email and password or via Google or Apple, and must provide accurate information.
- You are assigned a unique username and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- One person must not create multiple accounts to bypass usage or credit limits.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or compromise platform security.
4. Plans, credits and limits
The service offers Basic, Plus, Pro and Enterprise plans. Each plan grants a credit allowance and a set of features and AI engines.
Credits are consumed by AI and Nexus Builder AI features and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
Basic includes reduced limits, among them a maximum of four generated images per day and slower image-generation response times.
We may apply reasonable technical limits to prevent abuse and keep the service available.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and issues the invoice, including applicable taxes.
- Plans are purchased on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
- Paid monthly plans may include a trial period configured in Paddle; yearly plans include no trial.
- You can cancel any time in the Subscription section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: access continues until the renewal date, after which the account moves automatically to Basic.
- If a payment fails the subscription may become past due and paid features may be suspended.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity or to infringe third-party rights.
- Upload unlawful, malicious, defamatory or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions, security policies or access controls.
- Perform mass scraping, reverse engineering, or resell access to the platform without authorisation.
- Harass other users in chats, groups or projects. You may block any user who is not your contact.
7. User content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, process and display it, and to send it to AI providers when you request an AI feature.
The software, brand, design and platform components remain the property of their owner and are not transferred to you.
AI-generated content is provided for your use; you must verify it before relying on it and ensure your use does not infringe third-party rights.
8. No professional advice
Quotes, signals, predictions, portfolio analysis, sports reports, academic results and AI answers are informational and educational.
They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or certified engineering advice and guarantee no outcome. Decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Market data comes from third-party public sources and may be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or withdraw features and perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of AI or third-party output.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses arising from decisions based on service content.
TO BE COMPLETED MANUALLY: the liability cap you wish to set (for example, amounts paid in the last 12 months).
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription in the app. Full account deletion is requested by email as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend access for serious breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
Changes will be published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and contact
For legal, support or billing matters, write to soporte@buildai.nexus or use the contact form at buildai.nexus/contacto.
TO BE COMPLETED MANUALLY: governing law and competent courts.
